Vixen Ladies
Vixen Ladies is a site about strict British females spanking males and it does this very well. The women are very attractive which is always a plus when it comes to dominant women, and they really know how to put a man in his place. (which is usually over her knee!) There's no dungeon/slave-master type scenes here, so if that's what you're looking for, you'll have to look elsewhere. Vixen Ladies is geared more towards domestic discipline.
